Fuelled by a desire to elevate the emirate to greater heights, Rakeen embodies a vision to build a diverse economy that enjoys strong, sustainable growth, by attracting investments from the domestic and foreign markets. This partnership between private investment and emirate’s leadership will create wealth and raise the standard of living in Ras Al Khaimah.
The government effects an optimum environment for enterprise, planning and provision, thus outlining its contribution as an efficient and effective partner, supporting and empowering the private sector.
Towards that effect, we have reformed the emirate’s laws and regulations to make it more hospitable to investment and more conducive for business. A thorough and future-focused review of the infrastructure needs of the emirate sea ports, road networks, energy, telecommunications and digital communications, healthcare, education, housing and other social services.
