Description
- Flexibility to travel and meet clients in designated target markets;
- To immediately prospect clients, follow up on leads and generate sales;
- Respond to client and management queries and requests in a timely manner;
- Negotiate contract terms with customers to reach a mutually advantageous agreement;
- Innovate and create sales plans to be presented to the Board;
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales/Business Studies or any other related fields.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Property Sales or in a Real Estate Industry.
- Must be fluent in both English and French (written and verbal).
- Expert knowledge of African business practice.
- Good sales, negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of high volume sales.
