Description
- Position the branding of the company as well as the projects;
- Outsource real estate agents globally;
- Develop management strategies and progress reports that enhance the operations and improve deliverables of the department;
- Sets a strategic business plan leading its daily operations in an effectual and proficient way and ensures programs conform to the policies and vision of the company;
- To be fully entrusted with the region and wholly accountable for results;
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales/Business Studies/Engineering or any other related fields.
- Minimum 7 years experience in Property Sales or in a Real Estate Industry.
- Must be fluent in both English and French (written and verbal).
- Expert knowledge of African business practice.
- Background in dealing with institutional investors and grand comptes.
- Proven track record of high volume sales.
