Description
- Coordination of architectural drawings with respect to structural, electrical, drainage, fire fighting, air conditioning etc…;
- Coordination in the preparation of the detailed drawings of architectural designs and plans for buildings and structures;
- Coordination of architectural and construction detailing of all projects’ components;
- Lead the design developing team of the consultants and managing them;
- Ensuring cost efficient and timely deliverables of the design and construction activities;
- Supervise site inspection and quality audits;
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering/MEP/Structural/Architecture plus Project Management experience
- At least 5 years experience in a similar capacity.
- Excellent Managerial Skills and Arabic language is an advantage.
