Description
- Coordinate and supervise all mechanical, electrical and plumbing projects;
- Monitoring progress of the MEP works for compliance with schedule and quality control;
- Attending MEP coordination meetings;
- Coordination MEP design and RFI's between consultants and contractors;
- Manage staff performing the maintenance and repair of various types of trades work ensuring compliance with best industry practices, standards and technical specifications, HSEQ and local government regulations;
- Organize, co-ordinate, monitor and supervise the day to day MEP on-site operations;
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
- At least 5 years experience in Civil MEP Design or Construction and 2 of which is in the region.
- Specialization in HVAC/Ventilation; Building Electrical power supply knowledge; Fire fighting/alarm systems knowledge.
