Participate in the development of projects from initialization through conception, development, handover and maintenance;

Review and approve the Concept Design, Master Plan, Development Control Regulations, Architectural layouts, Construction Schedules, Construction Strategy, Progress reports and Handover Schedules;

Customize the Design, establishing the finishing specifications, following and reviewing the B.O.Q. and developing the execution drawings and Tender Documents with Consultants;

Develop of terms of reference, scopes, tender documents and invitation to tender;
