Educational Background : College / University Degree preferably in business Years & Nature Of Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in Sales / Marketing / Account management in Real Estate, Telecoms, Banking, Insurance or similar fields.
Languages Required : English, French and Portuguese
Special Skills Required : Must have experience in African business environment. Good sales, negotiation, communication and presentation skills

Job Descriptions
- Flexibility to travel and meet clients in designated target markets. Full sales and marketing support will be provided.
- To immediately prospect clients, follow up on leads and generate sales.
- Respond to client and management queries and requests in a timely manner.
- Negotiate contract terms with customers to reach a mutually advantageous agreement.
- Innovate and create sales plans to be presented to the Board
- To be fully entrusted with the region and wholly accountable for results
