Description
- Oversees the negotiation of all leasing transactions.
- Preparation and execution of sales and leasing strategies.
- Prospecting for potential tenants.
- Dealing with leasing prospects.
- Negotiation of lease agreements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any other related fields.
- At least 2 years similar role experience in a Shopping Center Management.
- Excellent Managerial and Entrepreneurial Skills are required.
- A good written and verbal communication skill in English is a must.
- Arabic and Russian language skills are an advantage.
