Description
- Ensuring the compliance of company policy and procedures at the project reporting level
- Ensuring compliance of banking covenants and highlighting in advance any shortcomings to the management
- Preparation of business plans; preparation and review of real estate investment performance
- Coordination and interaction with banks and bi/multilateral funding agencies and managing cash flows for the projects
- Assisting for special projects and ad hoc requests
Qualifications
- Bachelors in Commerce with a Masters or Post graduate professional qualification.
- Post qualification experience of 3+ years.
- Experience in handling similar kind of profile is preferred.
