Description
- Plan, direct, and coordinate 'HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT' activities to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as:
- Manpower Planning, Recruitment and Selection
- Employee Training and Development
- Developing and implementing HR policies
- Employee Relations and HR Administrative functions
- Compensation and Benefits including Payroll
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or any other related fields
- At least 5 years experience in a similar capacity from a Multinational Company or a reputable organization.
- Expert knowledge of Middle East Employment Legislation.
- Arabic Language Skills would be advantageous.
