Description
- Flexibility to travel and meet clients in designated target markets
- Attend exhibitions, visit overseas projects, respond to and follow up on leads and sales
- Respond to clients' queries and requests in a timely manner
- Negotiate contract terms with customers to reach a mutually advantageous agreement
- 5. Obtain high sales figures through pro-activity and a strong contact base
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales/Business Studies or any other related fields.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Property Sales or in a Real Estate Industry.
- Must be fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Excellent presentation skill is a must.
- Proficient skills for preparing presentations in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.
- Proven high volume sales record in Real Estate in UAE (International an advantage).
