Welcome to Rakeen – the developer with its heart in the right place. We appreciate your time in wanting to learn more about Rakeen and how we can serve you. It is our pleasure to present our company and give you a clear insight into our ambitious portfolio of projects in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah and beyond.
Rakeen is a success story that just started in 2006, under the leadership of H.H Sheikh Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi, the Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah. His Highness earmarked Rakeen as a catalyst to promote real estate development that is responsible to the regional cultural and social environment.
Armed with AED 950 million in paid-up capital and AED 3.4 billion in assets, Rakeen’s objective was to form a leading real estate development company with a view to making Ras Al Khaimah a sustainable, business-attracting and eco-friendly destination. Today, we are proud to share with you the fact that we have not only doubled our profits but have also formed a niche in real estate property development in Ras Al Khaimah, the UAE and beyond. Along the way, we have redefined lifestyles while embracing cultural core values and embarking on a fresh approach to development.
Our first year of operation was a landmark in itself during which we created a portfolio of 21 projects in five countries and a landbank of over 25 million square feet. During the course, we engaged the services of 15 consultants and contractors, formed five subsidiaries and established two joint venture agreements.
With clearly marked goals, our mission is to enhance the prosperity of the community at large through integrated and responsible developments. We intend to establish Rakeen as one of the world’s premier property developers through innovative and quality driven practices, whilst maintaining an unwavering focus on well defined and established social and environmental standards.
