Welcome to the RAKEEN website. It gives me great pleasure that you have taken the time to visit and learn about us and we are confident that the information presented here will leave you with a positive impression of our company and will give you a clear insight into our ambitious portfolio of projects in the Emirate and beyond.

RAKEEN was started just over a year ago, under the helm of H.H. Sheikh Saud Bin Saqr Al Qassimi, the Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Ras al Khaimah, who wanted to create a vehicle that promotes real estate developments in a very responsible manner.

With AED 400 Million in paid up capital and AED 4 Billion in assets, RAKEEN’s objective was to form a leading real estate development company with a view to create unprecedented and iconic projects in the emirate and beyond, leading Ras Al Khaimah to become a sustainable, eco-friendly destination.

Today, we are proud to announce that not only have we doubled our profits but we have also formed a niche in Real Estate Property Development in RAK and beyond by redefining lifestyles while embracing cultural core values and embarking on a fresh approach to development.

In our first year of operation, we have achieved a portfolio of mixed use developments encompassing 21 projects in 5 countries worth 6.8 billion dollars and extending over a land area of 30 Million Square feet. We have also involved over 15 consultants and contractors, formed 5 subsidiaries and forged 2 joint venture agreements.

With clearly marked goals and visions, our mission is to enhance the prosperity of the RAK community through integrated and responsible developments. We intend to establish RAKEEN as one of the world’s premier Property Developer through innovative and quality driven practices, whilst maintaining a rigorous focus on well defined and established social and environmental standards.
